Avago Wi-Fi front-end has SPDT antenna switch

Avago Technologies a Wi-Fi front-end module, the AFEM-S105, which integrates a power amplifier, directional coupler, and SPDT antenna switch in a 3.2 x 3.2 x 0.6mm package.
The power amplifier is optimised for IEEE 802.11 a/n WiFi modulation used for mobile and fixed wireless data applications in the 5.15 to 5.85 GHz frequency range.
The module incorporates 0.25µm GaAs enhancement-mode pHEMT process technology for RF circuits. It exhibits flat gain of 28 dB and all RF ports are matched to 50ohm.
It meets FCC 15.205 emission requirements at 15dBm.
