Dataflex picks up telephone dialler deal

Dataflex, has won a ?2m order for its intelligent telecoms dialler system from French telecoms service provider, Kertel. This is the first tranche of what will be a multi-million pound order, says the company.
London-based Dataflex’s sales and marketing director, Martin Byrne said: “This breakthrough into the very competitive French market confirms that our managed dialler solution can meet the most complex of network and customer requirements.”
Kertel will be offering Dataflex’s SmartGem diallers to residential and small- business customers in France as part of a new service being marketed through one of the country’s high street retail outlets, FNAC.
A very complex routing structure exists across the French telecommunications networks, with some 17,000 different codes and combinations in use.
