This will allow Future Embedded Solutions to offer a range of displays in sizes ranging from 1-inch to 20-inch, with resolution up to Full HD. Configuration options include optical bonding and touchscreen overlays.
The distributor will market the displays alongside its system modules which are based on processors from NXP Semiconductors, STMicroelectronics, Microchip Technology and Cavium Networks, as well as SoM products and SBCs from suppliers including Technexion and Digi.
It also has a partnership with ARM, which provides the secure mbed platform for embedded systems that perform cloud-based operations.
Alex Candela, segment manager at Future Embedded Solutions, writes:
“Megatrends such as the internet of things and sensor proliferation are rapidly changing the marketing specifications of new embedded products. In this time of change, OEMs value design support that lets them implement hardware and software product designs quickly and effectively, leaving them free to concentrate their effort on application development.”
Future Embedded Solutions is demonstrating its product offerings on the Future Electronics stand 3-225 at Embedded World (Nuremberg, 14-16 March 2017).
